TERMS AND CONDITIONS – REGISTER TO WIN A FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE: 1. If selected you will receive a BOCKERPHOTOGRAPHY photoshoot at Unit 7, Eliburn Industrial Park, Livingston, EH54 6GQ. 2. A £150 gift certificate, to put towards wall art using an image (or images) captured during the photoshoot 3. This ‘offer’ promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer 4. This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash 5. A £50 refundable booking fee* is paid at the time the photography shoot is reserved 6. The booking fee will either be refunded in full if the session is cancelled or can be used as ‘credit’ towards items ordered at the design session 7. If a cancellation is made within 2 days of either the photography or design session the booking fee will be retained 8. The photographer reserves the right to refuse any booking.
